Emmanuel Bartels (born 20 January 1987), better known in the music industry as Pee On Da Beat or Pee GH, is an award-winning Ghanaian Audio_engineer and Music Producer (Record Producer). He won the Best Music Producer of the Year, 2016 N.E.G.A Awards.

He also been nominated for Awards like Ghana Entertainment Awards. Pee On Da Beat is credited with producing Hit Songs including ‘Koko’, 'Agbo' and ‘Too Much Money’ by EL (rapper), 'One Side' by Wisa Greid and 'Am Ok' Shatta Wale.

Pee On Da Beat was born in Obuasi, the golden city of Ghana. He first attended Ashanti Gold School (Mines School) in Obuasi from which he proceeded to Mfantsipim Senior High School. He then gained admission into University of Ghana, Legon and graduated with a degree in Biotechnology and Post Harvest Technology.

Pee On Da Beat started out making beats from his infancy but took it as a career and joined the Ghanaian music industry in 2007. It was after this decision that Pee On Da Beat got his chance to produce music for artistes like Sarkodie, E.L, Shatta Wale, Duke D2, alongside other notable young Ghanaian underground artists. He moved from Ghana to Newark, New Jersey and acquired a studio to operate.
