Central Region has been noticed of a place where most talented musicians are groomed in Ghana over years now. This year has been another breakthrough for them as they had a bigger hit from Patapaa,Teephlow, Eshun, Remedy, Caphune, Renner and many more.

On the 26th of December, Candymania Entertainment once again organized the biggest awards to honor hardworking artistes which took place in the formal national capital, Cape Coast.

The pragrame was grace with top celebrities like Okyeame Kwame(Musiga PRO) Rev Lawason (Musiga 2nd vice President) and many more.

The awards scheme was mixed with powerful performances from the top artistes in the region as well as Ayesem from western region. Patapaa took two awards with his one corner hit ( new artiste of the year and popular song) Remedy Disandat took the reggae song, Teephlow the rapper of the year and surprisingly Eshun beat all the men to set record for the first time as she was crowned the Artiste of the year.

Although many fans were not pleased with that decision but research proves the diva deserves the ultimate since she worked hard throughout the years by playing shows in and outside the country and also picking up ambassadorial roles in Africa.

CMA 2017 was seen as the best regional musical award programme in Ghana now and was sponsored by infinix phones.
